1. Analyze your organization’s current and intended stakeholders. Then you can figure out what social media channels to use and what kind of messages to send.
2. Be human in all your postings.
3. The 80/20 rule is a good one - produce 80% content that helps others and 20% that pushes your agenda.

This is just so wrong. Arm & Hammer is selling a toothbrush that plays two minutes of a song by a band for adolescent girls, every time they brush. How quickly would they get tired of that song?
My wife says that I don’t understand adolescent girls.
